1. Planting: Choose a shady location with well-drained, slightly moist soil. Dig a hole that is twice as wide and the same depth as the root ball. Gently remove the plant from its container and place it in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil. Fill the hole with soil, pressing lightly to remove air pockets. Water thoroughly after planting to settle the soil.

2. Watering: After planting, keep the soil consistently moist for the first few weeks to establish the roots. Once the plant is established, it is relatively drought-tolerant but will benefit from regular watering during dry periods. Water deeply when the soil begins to dry out, especially in warmer months. Be careful not to overwater, as this plant prefers well-drained soil.
