Here's hoping
Price was right and the plants arrived in good condition from their long trip to the southwest. They have been planted in a raised bed (in May) and are trying to stay alive in the sometimes brutal southwest heat. (I do have a 50% shade cloth covering a frame above them to try to minimize any sun damage. ) We allowed four small berries to mature to sample - small but tasty- we look forward to future harvests.

Best Strawberries
I planted 3 of these in the spring on 2024 and they have been the BEST purchase. They have spread so much, I must have 20+ off shoots by now. It is early June on the eastern shore of Maryland and we have already had 3 large harvests this year. Last year they produced berries consistently until late, late fall. I tell all my guests exactaly where to buy their strawberry plants. And the berries are super tasty. -Also I do not overly garden. I have not applied pesticides. I occasionally use Neem Oil, but rarely.
