I had an excellent experience with their customer service! Before buying 25 Spartan Junipers, I called with a few questions, and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I placed two separate orders; the first batch of 20, 19 arrived well-packed and mostly in great shape, though one tree was unfortunately broken. I contacted them with a photo, and they sent a replacement with my second order. In the second shipment, one tree was broken again, but I decided not to call it in this time. I just planted it in a spot where I didn't need as much privacy. Overall, I’m very happy with the trees. I ordered the 3-4 ft. size, and while they were all 3 ft mark, they look healthy and green. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow and will be posting yearly updates on their progress!

Six months later
Trees are doing well and starting to grow after six months in the ground. I was worried about one tree because the root ball got beat up pretty bad in shipping but It seems to have recovered just fine. Love the trees!
