I received my tree and it was not hand properly by UPS the box was ripped almost in half , the tree was bent and stressed , I sent pictures right away , and was told give it a few weeks to see if it can recover . I gave it 4 weeks and it did not I sent pictures again and right away with no problems I got another. I had also paid for 2 year insurance. Over all very happy , with response time and ease of service
