Why Puget Gold Apricot Trees?
Officially named and introduced by Washington State University, the Puget Gold delivers easy growth and abundant harvests, even in frost spring weather. Plus, there's no guesswork for you - just plant and wait for your own juicy apricots to pick!
The Puget Gold lives up to its name, with blooms in early March and large apricots in August. Our larger varieties can even fruit as soon as the first season and won't die back as a result of late-season frosts.

Golden bark
I got the two apricots for my wife’s birthday. It is a fun childhood memory and I wanted to get her something special. However as I was watering one day I realized that the bark actually looks golden which makes for a cool addition to the yard. She was thrilled there was as she said “ baby apricots on the tree”. I loved the shape of them.
Has leaves, flowers, and arrived
Has leaves, flowers, and arrived in good shape and on time. The roots looked good, and the tree as flowers. Hopefully it will produce something this year . . . The jury is out.
No regrets!!
I purchased this tree for my Grandkids. Picking and eating fruit straight from the trees at Grammy’s are priceless memories. My tree arrived in perfect condition; the pot securely wrapped in a plastic bag and in a huge box. So healthy and robust that within 2 weeks, there were 2 buds. Still a little too cold in my Zone 6B, its inside and doing very well. There are no regrets about this purchase. Thank you, Fast-Growing Trees!
So far, so good
Planted in February. It is mid-March now and the tree is budding. I think it will do very well.
I love them
Great, ready to do it again
