my trees came in fast, they were healthy and well packaged. my only thing i had any issue with is i had 4 trees die-- but i have not contacted customer service so that is on me. other than that, i would buy from them again.

I have made quite a few purchases since moving to my home. I have had great experience with all products from this company. I had an issue with a delivery, because the carrier destroyed my plant. I reached out to let the company know that the carrier disregarded the marking for the box and FGT replaced the plant.
