The box containing four of them was completely destroyed during transit—crushed, ripped open, and with staples torn out. Despite providing multiple photos clearly showing this severe shipping damage, your company has refused a return or refund, instead demanding validation from an arborist/specialist. This shows you do not stand by your own shipping processes or ensure your products arrive undamaged. We are sharing this entire exchange, along with our pictures, on our and your social media posts to inform other potential customers. Buyers need to know how Fast Growing Trees treats damaged shipments. We are no longer customers. Buyer Beware!. . . When you order from Fast Growing Trees, you appear to be paying for whatever condition they decide to ship to you, regardless of crushing, tearing, or bending. The customer has no control over returning damaged goods, as Fast Growing Trees can simply claim the plants are "fine," forcing the buyer to accept products received in an unacceptable state. "
