Sponsor: This contest is sponsored by Fast Growing Trees, LLC (“Fast Growing Trees”).

Eligibility

  • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Being a customer does not increase your chances of winning. If you are selected as a winner, to receive the TreeCash prize, you must have or create an account with FastGrowingTrees.com.

  • Employees of Fast Growing Trees, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

  • Submit a photo of your yard and/or plants to be entered into the contest.

  • You may submit up to 3 photos, and each photo will count as a separate entry.

  • A valid submission consists of a real photo that you took of your plants or landscape. Submissions must not be Photoshopped, AI-generated or otherwise substantially edited (filters, lighting correction or color correction is okay).

  • By submitting, you confirm you are the rightful owner of the photo and have the authority to grant usage rights as described below.

Entry Period

  • Submissions will be accepted until September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Entries received after this date may still be submitted but will not be eligible for prize consideration.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will each receive a $500 TreeCash credit to be used in accordance with the TreeCash Terms & Conditions.

  • Winners will be notified via email after October 1, 2025. Official communication will only come from sweepstakes@fastgrowingtrees.com. Please verify the sender’s email address and be cautious of scams. To receive a copy of the winner’s list, please email sweepstakes@fastgrowingtrees.com.

  • If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

  • In order to receive their TreeCash prize, a recipient must have or create an account with FastGrowingTrees.com.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this contest, you grant Fast Growing Trees, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of any photos, videos, or content submitted. Content may be used across Fast Growing Trees’ marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website, and advertising campaigns.

Prize Details

  • Each winner will receive $500 in TreeCash credit. TreeCash is valid through one year from the date it is delivered.

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax obligations resulting from the prize. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.

  • All terms related to redemption, expiration, and use of TreeCash credit apply as stated in the TreeCash Terms & Conditions.

Liability & Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fast Growing Trees, LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in this contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

General Conditions

  • Fast Growing Trees reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the contest.

  • Decisions of Fast Growing Trees regarding all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
