They Stand Behind Their Product
The trees we ultimately received from Fast Growing Trees are beautiful. Unfortunately, we all experienced difficulties with the handling of the initial trees and their replacements after they left the nursery. Customer Service was very helpful in dealing with the issues. True to their word , Fast Growing Trees stood behind their product and replaced the broken trees that were delivered with good healthy trees that have been planted and are doing well.
Excellent heartbreaker
This is a truly wonderful company. They respond quickly to emails. My trees arrived quickly one was absolutely beautiful and one had broken branches, they immediately helped me and made the situation better. They sell trees that are are and often hard to find. My small tree garden should be beautiful thanks to fast growing trees.
