And with the longest harvest of any cherry tree, the Sweetheart Cherry truly loves to grow. Whether you plant several along your driveway or place one as the showpiece of your garden, it thrives. You get white and pink blooms that decorate its branches in spring and then bright red, heart-shaped cherries that hang like ornaments in the summer. Summer’s deep green foliage then transitions to blazing oranges, reds and even pinks during autumn.

So Far, So Good!
I received this tree approximately 2weeks ago. It's still alive, and didn't appear to suffer any transplant shock. Now all I have to do is wait 3-5 years for it to produce enough fruit to eat.
Good buy and fast service
Tree came carefully wrapped and boxed. Followed instructions carefully and quickly. Deer checked it out that night but left without doing anything. Looking forward to homegrown cherries next year
Sweetheart Cherry purchase
Not at all happy with the tree. It arrived with very few leaves/branches, and has since lost about 8 leaves. New bud few and far between. I discussed all this about a week ago with one of your online experts: Haley
Strong tree. Shorter than I wanted.
I planted the tree in late March and followed instructions for planting and fertilizing (I used organic fertilizer). It has grown well in year 1 so far. Now in August I have a lot of new branches and leaves. One thing I didn't realize is that the size you buy is the size you get. I thought that the tree would continue to grow and I was just paying for an older tree. turns out buying 4-5 ft means it only ever gets 4-5ft. I was thrown off because the description says this tree grows "7-10 ft. pruned/25 ft. unpruned". 5ft is well short of the 25ft unpruned. I don't know how that will happen based on the shape of this tree. In any case, I'll take the cherries and enjoy them next year.
