The Plum Tree that is truly Superior

Here's why:

  • Sweet and juicy Plums
  • Lush green
  • Highly productive with reliable harvests
  • Hardy species with excellent cold tolerance down to -20F

Don't settle for less when you can have a Superior Plum Tree

Now comes a plum so superior to other varieties that choosing its commercial name was easy. Introducing the Superior Plum Tree. The incredible spring blooms are only outdone in color by the eye-popping, cherry-red plums that weigh down the branches in their large numbers.

A cross between a Japanese and American variety plum, the Superior was bred to produce top quality fruit in a hardy tree that can stand up well to the coldest winter chills. Despite its tolerance to bitter temperatures, the Superior looks right at home in the spring, producing lovely, ornamental blooms throughout the tree. Like the name says, the fruit, color and strength are all Superior.

Superior Defines Juicy

Aside from the trees numerous attributes, it's the fruit that will win you over. Substantially sized, flawlessly symmetrical and finished off with the perfect color, the Superior Plum is a visually outstanding specimen of a fruit. As they ripen, they look as though they're bursting with juice and flavor. And they are. This is an excellent dessert plum. Slice and cover ice creams, mix into refreshing fruit salads or just grab one and enjoy it right off the tree. The taste is quintessential plum from a tree that lives up to its name.

When you want the best, you want Superior. Order yours today.

    I'm so exited to get

I'm so exited to get plums, it came in very good condition but 2 parts broke off so I'm trying to root them! My daughter is getting married in September so if my 2 little extra plum trees take off I will gift her 1! I'm super excited to be growing food! 😍

    Superior Plum Tree

Over all the tree looks healthy but there was about a 45 degree lean to the tree - of all the tree's I've purchased from FGT this is the only one I wasn't thrilled with......the rest have all been perfect......I staked the tree as best as I could, but I even had to tilt the root ball to get it to a point where I could safely stake it and make it look semi-straight. Hopefully my efforts will pay off .....

    Beautiful tree.

Super fast shipping. Tree was secure, in a pot, inside of an over-sized cardboard box. It looked very happy upon arrival as well. No droppy leaves. Thank you!
