Never Received
Ordered when "in stock" along with several other items, but it was never shipped with no order updates. I had to contact customer service to learn they were out of stock and asked for a refund.
These 2 tiny blossoms just
These 2 tiny blossoms just arrived a couple of days ago but seemed to be doing well.
Damaged in shipping
Definitely shipping issues. Got mine today. The original boxes were damaged and they arrived in another box. At least they were upright when delivered. Most of the dirt was missing with a little at the bottom of the original boxes. One has virtually no dirt left. Hopefully, they will recover once planted, but I am concerned about the shock to the plants from the trip.
Delivery man can’t read arrows. Box was dropped on its side at front door
My heart dropped when I saw how the delivery person plopped my strawberry package on its side at my front door. But even though nearly all soil was knocked out of the pots, they’re trying their best and in only 3days, they’re already looking better. Whew 😅 Fingers crossed and I’m hopeful.
Shipping woes is right!
I received my strawberry plant and it was poorly handled. It was out of the pot and hardly any dirt was left. It arrive with three vines and few leaves. Still will plant her, but was not what I expected. This is my third purchase.. I have a lemon bush that after 3 years is full of lemons and I’m super excited. I have the avocado tree as well. Just three months and she has flowers and it looks like it might even produce. Fingers crossed!!
