This tree went from 3 ft. to 7 ft. in just one season. For a maple, that seemed extraordinary for me. The leaves in spring and summer are a nice green and the red fall foliage was striking. Thanks for a great product.
The purple crape myrtle came packaged so good to our house. We were a little worried about how it would arrive, but you put our fears to rest and we will be ordering more trees from you in the near future. I bought 3 Cleveland Tree's 4 years ago to replace some huge Pine & Sweetgum Tree's I had cut down in the back yard, they have grown so far to about 30 feet tall, they are beautful. Great shade tree's, beautiful white flowers in the spring then a deep lush green until they turn scarlet at the end of fall. I actually catch myself staring at them on how beautiful they are, they are surely the perfect yard tree. If I had a larger back yard I would plant a few more. I look forward to the day when they are fully grown to a max of 40 ft. Seems they are the 1st tree to bloom in the spring and the last tree's to lose their leaves before winter. They are one of my favorite tree's.
We planted our Eucalyptus Tree in the front yard and in one year it has doubled in size. Not sure if it will grow to look like the one in the picture but it is a nice tree and as it gets large will smell nice on breezy day. I have cut a few branches off and put them in the house and months later they still have a scent to them.
Our Tulip Tree stands in front of our house near the street and is absolutely stunning in the Spring and Fall. The flowers are huge & beautiful, the blooms attract photographers from miles around. We even get some helicopter fly-overs from a near-by community airport! In the Fall the foliage turns a show-stopping blazing gold.
It is growing ok..its about 2 1/2 ft tall..got more leaves than last year. I am not experienced in growing trees, just a beginning gardener. Maine winters are harsh..but shes doing ok..Thanx
I planted this weeping willow tree in Mid August 08. Now Late April it is so full. I live in Southern AZ and have clay and it was so hard to dig the hole that I worried the tree would not grow. But I was wrong it took real fast and started growing right away. It lost all its leaves last of all the trees and was the first to get its leaves back. It beat the native mesquite trees by 2 and a half months. Thank you for such a great product!!
My trees have only been in the ground about 2 weeks so they have not grown yet. I was expecting to receive 2 sticks but was pleasantly surprised to find 2 trees. They had branches and leaves and even though they had been in a box for 3 days they were not even wilted. So far they are looking healthy, have not wilted or dropped leaves. I am very pleased with your service and with your product. I will most assuredly recommend your company and will order from you in the future.
This tree is great for privacy. They grow so fast. My trees grew over 18 feet tall in less than 2 years. I had to cut the tops off so they would stop growing up. They grow like crazy. Several branches sprout from the main trunk that just keep growing and growing and growing. This is the quickest remedy if you need privacy and your zoning laws do not allow you to build a fence over 6 feet tall. I just ordered 2 more.
I planted mine last fall and expected blooms this summer, but no blooms the first season. However, the tree is very healthy and has grown significantly this year. I had a good experience with Fast Growing Trees Nursery and have since ordered something else that also came in excellent condition.
The hollies arrived in great shape. They seem to be thriving in their first year. I would buy from fast growing trees again!
I planted the Tulip Poplar Tree for shade and as a host plant to the native Swallowtail butterfly ,Alabama,. There are many of these trees in our area and the yellow flowers look and smell wonderful. This tree does grow very fast and has gorgeous shaped leaves that are huge. The butterflies nibble on the leaves, the tree sprouts new leaves as it grows which is constant. I cant wait to see it bloom again in the spring. Also, when I bought this tree it was about 3 feet tall and it is currently close to 8 feet tall.
I never would have thought to find my trees online, but after the poor service I got at my local nursery I found Fast Growing Trees Nursery, which gave me all the information I needed to get a privacy hedge going. The Leyland Cypress trees I ordered arrived to me in California in great shape and now they are in their happy home. Ill be buying some more plants from this company as spring approaches.
Used the Nellie Stevens Holly evergreens for privacy border. They stayed healthy, but not growing as fast as expected.

We have a 55 year old Empress tree in our backyard. It was the main feature of the house and one of the main reasons we bought it. It is really awesome and provides tons of shade.
I have never purchased trees online, but I thought Id give Fast Growing Trees Nursery a shot because I fell in love with the empress tree. My tree arrived quickly, and was superbly packaged ,WOW!!!!,. I was very impressed by the quality of the tree, and planted it according to the instructions they included right away. My tree was not the stick some people received, but a small trunk with a half dozen leaves. Because of my success with this tree and this company, I will be placing more orders with them this year. I really enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them highly. ,I cannot comment on the trees growth, as I just received it a week or so ago. However I can tell you it has adapted nicely to the sucky clay soil and hot then cold and sometimes windy Chicago weather we have here.,

We recently purchased the tulip poplar tree and planted it in our back yard. I must say that when we received it, it was packaged well, and was very healthy. It just looks beautiful in our yard. The big leaves are so cool looking. Cant wait till spring,to see the pretty flowers.
Theyre awesome! I planted 8 of the 1 gallon knockout bushes in a 24 foot section of my backyard fence line. I now have superb color in a place that was one quite boring. They grow fast!! I have had many compliments. The color is fantastic.

Ordered 26 thuja green giants 11 months ago. They were 3-4 feet tall when they arrived. All of them were very healthy. Today, some of the thujas are over 7 feet and the growing season is not over yet! I am waiting for next year and hoping that they would really take off and reach as high as 9-10 feet. I do water them mildly twice a week.
I purchased 9 thuja trees. After 9 months, only two died, but one is not doing well. The others are doing absolutely fantastic! All trees were planted in the same vicinity of the yard so soil, sun and wind conditions are the same. Overall, Im very happy with the outcome.

I ordered five blueberry bushes. I was picking fruit 7 weeks later. All the fun of owning a fruit producing plant without the waiting for years for production. I am extremely pleased. If you have dirt, you should order these plants.

We planted our little tulip poplar in the front yard and it is really thriving! We cant believe how much it has grown in 1 year- and how full it has gotten. Its not the biggest tree in the yard- but it is so pretty!! This fall the leaves were a wonderful gold-its just a great accent to our landscaping!! Love it!!
I am an experienced gardener but have not dealt much with trees so I might have stretched a bit with taking on putting in a large hedge. However, I was desperate to get a privacy screen at the back corner of my property. I purchased seven of the 5 ft. green giants and planted them in large tree planters. I was extremely pleased with the trees when they arrived. They were all as tall or taller than promised and in very nice condition. I planted in late spring which is tough on a plant in Texas since the big heat comes early, but all survived and thrived through the hot summer. I lost one the next year and could not figure out why, but the remaining six are now about 9 feet tall after only 20 months and they have done well through two hot summers, a mild winter, and now a tough winter. ,Gotta love any plant that can handle both 106 degrees and 18 degrees., We had a horrible outbreak of web worms in the spring, but they didnt touch the Green Giants and I have not used any pesticide on the trees at all. Looks like Im going to get the quick and beautiful privacy hedge I wanted.
As promised, they took right off and have grown amazingly. After just 18 months, our above ground deck has some nice cover for privacy. AWESOME!
Have had them in pots and finally got them in the ground. New growth has popped out since I planted them in the ground, so I think theyre doing fine. Would like to purchase more.
I was given an estimate by a local landscaper of $4,000 to plant 9 Leyland Cypresses in my back yard. I shopped with you and needless to say, I saved a LOT of money, even though two of them didnt make the first few months. You replaced them and they all have taken root and are doing well. I may need to buy one more to make sure the whole area is full. Your trees arrived in perfect condition and so well wrapped!! I was very happy.
I got a pink dogwood in 2006 it was 3 feet tall. It bloomed the next year. It is now about seven ft. tall and looks healthy. It is in a mostly sunny spot.

This really is a fast growing tree! We planted our tree in January of last year and it was less than a foot tall, now in June of 2009 it is almost 5 feet tall. Wow, and it naturally repels fleas and ticks from your yard and it stays beautiful all year round, this is a must have tree!!!!!!
I have a lovely Eucalyptus in my back yard. Its quite old as its trunk is 2 to 3 feet in diameter and 25-35 feet tall as I keep it trimmed back.
We planted 16 Nellie Stevens Hollies to use as a wind and privacy barrier. We planted them 1 1/2 yrs ago and even though they are to grow 3-5 ft per year ours have grown about 2 1/2 ft because of a drought last summer. We are happy with the looks of the trees and they have grown very well this fall due to an abundance of rain and good temperatures. We are very pleased with the purchase.

We received our Giant Thuja Trees last Thursday, we planted them on Saturday...they look beautiful...I was surprised how well they were packaged, and what great shape they were in when we got them.
Very easy to grow. I purchased 3 Willow Hybrids, all 3 are doing great. Full of leaves and new growth in about 2 months time. I am very happy with this purchas and keep looking for places in my yard to plant more.
This year i bought 2 Basjoo banana trees. One I kept in a pot and just brought it in the house. The other, I planted in the ground and is now about 8 ft high.
I bought tift blueberry bush & 1 bluecrop shrub ... they are nice quality, full bushes - not thin or stickly ... I bought & planted in April & already seeing lots of blueberries ripening up! Easy to care for, I have not used any fertilizer ,other than some of my horses compost, or any pesticides ... thriving
I planted these trees as a privacy screen and they are very healthy. I live in San Diego and even with the minimal watering due to drought conditions, my Leyland Cypress trees are completely green and thriving. They are working perfectly for what you said they would do. No complaints.
We bought our leylands to provide a privacy barrier and they are doing very well. They could grow a little faster, however. They definitely like a lot of sun and the ones that have no shade are growing the fastest. They seem to be weathering this cold winter okay so far, but we will know more in a few months.
Everything has been going well with my group Leyland Cypresses except for the fact that one died within the first month of planting.
My leyland cypress is looking good. A great tree, though it took several seasons to really take off. Dont plant too close together or too close to a fence - after 3 years they have a spread of almost 3 feet in any direction ,6ft across,.
The empress tree grows fast! When winter came, all leaves dropped off. Then spring came and it started growing again. We are now in the third year, and the tree is about 20 feet tall, but we havent seen any blooms yet. Perhaps it is because the soil is so bad.. tough clay!
I am very happy with my eucalyptus tree purchase, it survived a hot weather 109 degrees, it survived the deer! They tried to eat it, and it is standing so tall and beautiful in just one year in spite of all the adversities. I highly recommend this Eucalyptus Tree to anyone.
You can not kill this tree!! It grows and grows I keep having to trim it because it grows so quickly. I love it!!
My Tulip Poplar got off to a slow start. Unfortunately it was planted where my hose would barely reach. Despite my neglect, it is thriving! I love the unique shape of its leaves. It is worth growing just for the beautiful leaves.
I bought these b/c of the assurance that not much work was required. THESE ROSES HOLD TRUE TO THEIR DESCRIPTION. I ordered 2 3-gallon bushes & a rose tree. I have since ordered 5 more 3-gallon roses & another rose tree. I had roses INSTANTLY after planting & Im no gardener by far. These roses are so trouble-free & I am so pleased! My roses are the talk of my housing community!
The knockout rose is my favorite of all roses. I planted some in the spring, and look good.
My Hybrid Willows are already 15 ft. tall! My Hybrid Poplars are newer and are about 6 to 12 feet tall! I did lose two of the Hybrid Poplars the first year, however they were replaced and the replacements are growing just fine now. Good product and good service!!

Our leyland cypress trees have taken root very well and are flourishing here in Texas, I am very pleased with them. I find them to be particularly attractive in the cool times when they are wet, as they are a lovely shade of blue-green! I have planted them as a sound and site barrier as I reside along a busy street. I havent noticed any detriment about these trees yet.

The Tulip Poplar tree has really impressed me. I placed it in a location to make a wind break fo the front of my house. It has not been pruned yet. Waited until our second year to do our review - Thujas planted in 2008 growing super and fast. Lots of new growth - all bright green. Only one out of 25 died but that was our fault, not the tree or nursery. Never had trees delivered in such good packaging as from this nursery! Bought more smaller Thujas from a different nursery this year - trying to save some $$ - bad mistake - 15% died - will reorder in 2010 from here !!
The trees came with an excellent root system. Have only had in the ground for about a month but they are doing excellent. I purchased the 3-4 ft. version.
I ordered the muskogee crape myrtle tree and it shipped within 5 days and arrived in two days after shipping. The tree is gorgeous and am following the directions for planting. Thank you so much for a great tree.
Initially they turned brown and I thought that one or two of the three would not make it. But partway through the summer they turned green and then this fall have grown about a foot. They look good now and I expect will grow significantly going forward.

We bought 8 of these Nellie Stevens to begin a privacy wall on our property. They arrived well packed, looked thriving & healthy upon arrival. We got them planted about a week after receiving. Theyve been in the ground for 2 weeks now & they still look healthy. I dont know about long term but so far im very satisfied. My only regret is I wish id known about Fast Growing Trees years ago! Ive spent fortunes over the years on trees from various big home improvement retail stores that are dead on arrival.
We received our order on the day expected, and not only were we impressed with such a fast delivery, but with the quality too... WOW, we were completely happy to see that these bushes were as strong and healthy and sturdy as we hoped and that they came in the size that was stated on your website. We are so pleased with this tree! We planted this tree for our new born and have since watched them grow together. Its planted on the corner of our property near the street in full sun and the colors are spectacular! Last fall the colors were a nice bronze red and this year they were a brilliant red. I bought the tree as a tribute and memorial to my deceased husband. It was 5' tall when we planted it. Three years later it is 15' tall and has beauiful white flowers for the first time. The leaves are a beautiful green and the tree is stunning overall. I look at it and enjoy it every day. I could not be more pleased!
It is a healthy plant that rooted immediately. It grew quickly and did great thru the cold winter. I had some fruit the very first season which was great! I am looking forward to next season. I will be freezing some of the berries to use over pancakes and baking.
Exactly what I wanted! I purchased several of these 2 years ago and they are quite tall now. My husband scoffed when they arrived, but they grew tall and full considerably fast. Several times a day I look at them. Theyve added a lot of color and interest to the backyard.

I planted this last year and was careful to follow all the instructions. Everything was going great until my dog dug it up and ate it. A little while later, I planted what was left of it. It grew about three feet after that, I was stunned. I cut it down to ground level for it to grow better this year ,2009,. It started growing out in three stems, so i had to cut off the other two and left the straightest strongest one. Since I did that in June it has grown at least 8 more feet! My neighbors laughed at me and now they are all coming by to ask what it is. My sons love the huge leaves, and my dog stays away.
The eucalyptus tree i got from you guys is the best! It stared out very small, now its like 7 feet tall and plus it does great in the snow. Where I live we get a lot of snow and last year it did wonderful. It didnt hurt it at all it just keeps getting bigger and smells great.
We use these as a privacy hedge. Grows sort of fast and looks great.

Driving through Marlboro, MA. , ZONE 6 , My wife spotted a mature Mimosa tree in full bloom. I was amazed as I hadnt seen one in years. My parents home in Redding, CA. is surrounded by Mimosas and hummingbirds. I am now growing one of these trees. I love how the leaves go to sleep at night. I am wintering it inside and intend to plant it outside in a couple of years.

We have two large weeping willow trees in our front yard that we purchased about a decade ago. They are pretty much at their mature height with a spread of about 20 ft. Everyone who walks by loves their graceful branches. We havent had any problems with our weeping willows shade trees. We are a true example of how weeping willows can grow perfectly fine without any standing water nearby.
I dont have a question, but would just wanted you to know how PLEASED I am with the trees that you sent to me. I have ordered many trees via Cottage Farms, and they just throw them in boxes without any protection. I could not believe how well packed yours were. Also, they are all very healthy!! I had to cut a birch tree that was growing too close to my home, which was damaging my roof. I purchased a leyland cypress to replace it, and I planted it a few feet farther from my house. The tree arrived very well packed and is doing well. I am very happy with its growth. Excellent tree and company.
Maple tree arrived very healthy , left in shade for first two days. I planted it on the third day it grew almost a foot in the first week. We did have a lot of rain that month. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY TREE GROW LIKE THAT IN THE FIRST WEEK AFTER BEING TRANSPLANTED.
I planted the October Glory Maple tree in my front yard. I know when it gets large enough it will provide much needed shade to help keep my bedrooms cool in the hot Florida sun. This tree has grown about 3 feet just in the first year. I have no complaints about this tree. Beautiful colors have started to show and appears to be disease free. I highly recommend this tree if you want shade and color and no worries.

When I planted 5 Hybrid Poplars in the Fall of 2007 they were just "sticks" about 4 ft. tall. I planted three of them on the west side of our home to shade two bedroom windows and two in the front yard, facing South, for landscaping. The two in front are now about nine feet tall and the ones on the west side are about five feet tall. All are very healthy and Im looking forward to the shade they will provide.

We ordered and planted our ten Thuja Green Giant Arborvitaes in May 2007. At the time they were just saplings. As of this past fall ,2009, almost every tree was over six feet tall. Some have grown faster than others, but are consistent overall. We live in upstate NY in a rural mountain town. These trees have fought off deer, insects, direct sun in the summers, ice and sub zero temperatures in the winters. We would recommend these trees to anyone. We are honestly amazed at how fast they have grown, and are looking forward to seeing how much they grow this year.
Were in Colorado Springs. We ordered the 6 ft. Thuja trees, last year in March. It was still cold and snowing here so we opened them and put them in the garage. We watered them, but otherwise pretty much neglected them altogether for almost 3 weeks. Then we planted them and it snowed again the next day. They are all ,about 35 total, doing great!!! Theyve grown over 16 inches and we cant wait for them to grow up and provide beautiful screening for our backyard. Easiest tree to maintain that Ive ever planted.
I planted 35 in the spring of 2007. I fertilize twice a year and planted in loam mixed with manure. I watered regularly, mulched and pruned. Our Thuja are all over 12 ft. We topped them all last year to make them get wider instead of taller. It worked! They are great!
We use our Thuja as a wind blocker and privacy fence. Looks green all year round and are full and lush. Now almost 5 feet tall.
Using for privacy and I think in another year it will be high enough. Very healthy trees and well packaged. I may buy more in the spring.
These evergreen trees will be used for a hedge. Four of them are growing well and look healthy. The neighbors like them, too! But one of them seems to be slowly dying. We just checked the roots a couple of weeks ago and the tree hasnt taken root very well.

36 months ago planted a 5' stick. Cleared a 10' circle in the lawn, threw a bag of good dirt in the hole, planted stick. Now 20' tall and 5" caliper width. Very full of new growth all season. A great tree from good stock.

Incidentally, I did not know that for each tree purchased, one is planted in Africa. That is excellent! Besides this empress and another tree that I recently ordered, I have planted two ornamental cherry trees, two blueberry bushes and one raspberry bush that I have ordered from you guys. Was very impressed by how well this tree was packaged when I received it but am even more impressed by how amazing it is doing. My tree was about 3 1/2 ft tall when I planted it last May and its already grown about 10 ft, and is starting to flower! Extremely satisfied with this tree and am definitely going to order at least one more for my back yard. Keeps on Giving! My Muskogee arrived as a few stalks, and one year later we have had 3 feet of vigorous growth, beautiful long lasting purple blossoms the first year, and now ,11/08, multi-color fall foliage with every hue in the forest. An amazing year-round pleasure!
Our leylands look green and healthy in claylike soil. Many other types of plants have not done so well in our area due to changes in temp and due to our non-porous soil conditions but these trees seem to have survived and should continue to grow well.
My Nellie Stevens Holly arrived two days after it shipped, in wonderful condition. You do a great job of packing - not one broken leaf. Shes been in the ground for about six weeks and seems to be settling in nicely. Im VERY pleased with the size, condition and general appearance, and would definitely buy from you again.

We planted our Autumn Blaze Maple tree at the end of last summer. In the spring of this year my daughter got a new puppy. The puppy decided to chew the tree in half about 12 inches from the ground. There was nothing left but the main trunk of the tree. I thought the tree was a goner. We planted a different tree in that spot, but decided to keep this tree in the container from the other one. Surprisingly enough the Autumn Blaze Red Maple sprouted 2 new branches that grew all summer long. At the end of the summer the branches had grown about a foot. This fall the leaves turned a beautiful bright red. This is one hardy tree...
I planted my Autumn Blaze in 1 year ago in the late Fall. The tree is now over 6ft tall and has the bright red leaves as seen in the pictures. This tree is a replacement to a Poplar that fell in a storm in the back yard. The wife likes the colors and wants another for the front yard. I simply dug a hole, put the fertilizer pill in per the directions and planted the tree. No special treatment other than that. The tree has held up well to the Wisconsin winter.

My neighbors and I planted three Autumn Blaze Maple trees - we call them the triplets - on an inner city street in Boston ,the City would not, and they have been incredibly successful. They have grown at least the three feet in height as hoped, they have survived abuse via parked cars, inconsiderate pedestrians, snow, and ,other than rainfall, erratic watering. While two are significantly bigger than the remaining one, they are all hardy and are doing well.
I have had Mimosa trees in my yard for thirty years, and they are the most beautiful and fragrant trees I have ever seen. Besides being so beautiful, the fragrance of the flowers in the mornings and evenings is wonderful. You will be amazed at all the Humming Birds and hundreds of Butterflies that come to the trees when the flowers bloom. I could not believe how many Butterflies are constantly fluttering in the tops of the tree. I have spent hours just watching them. Get this tree and you will love it for years as I have.
The mimosa tree was my grandmothers favorite tree growing up and I bought it in her memory for my new house. I can see why it was her favorite. Even as a young tree, your eyes are drawn to it...its playful and different from most in the neighborhood. Very vigorous grower! Specimen tree in front and back yards - it is a great growing tree. They have both doubled in size already. One problem we had in the back yard tree it grew so fast it doubled over - proper staking and support corrected the problem quickly. We are very happy with them.
I received my tree very well packed. I was impressed. It was a long stick with 8 bare branches. No leaves but each branch had a bulb at the tip. This is its third week and the bulbs are already opening. I am in zone 10 and it is doing great. I am sure I will order from you again soon.

I wanted to replace an overgrown tree so I ordered a baby smoke tree. It was so small on 07 I put it in my garden for safety. I transplanted it last year in 08 and this year it has grown 4 feet at least. It loves it in my yard and the area I placed it in. What a joy it is to watch. I had some flowers in early summer and this August it took off. Holy cow. I love to try new things and this one is wonderful.
I used my thuja green giants in each back corner of the yard. They have almost doubled in size and look quite nice. I am sure this summer they will really take off. I am very happy with them. Best Regards, Susan

We used the evergreen trees as a privacy hedge alongside our home. Theyve grown beautifully alongside our home.

I planted this tree on the western slope of my yard 2 years ago trees to block some of the sun during the summer and wind during the winter. I live west of Fort Worth, Texas where the soil consist of alkaline clay and rock. The tree grows as advertised, currently about 10 ft tall. It looks great all year around. I have bought some other green giants from a local store and I question if they really are Green Giants. Their stature, growth rate and appearance dont even compare to the one I bought from Fast Growing trees.
Love wax myrtles. Have used them in west Texas (hot, dry, windy and freezing weather) and also in Houston (hot, wet, clay soil.) These trees take abuse and still look great. They can be a shrub, but I always trim the small branches that pop up along the trunks and mine have grown into very nice sized trees. They are evergreen, not messy (great around pools) and insects do not like them, so they are like an insect repellent of sorts. We had a fence behind our pool (about 10 feet clearance...then they built a house right on the other side of the fence, literally about 10 feet away. We planted tall trees (oaks such as bur, water oaks, elms) and put wax myrtles in between. Within 2 years we had tall trees with lower trees (wax myrtles-evergreen) filling in the spaces. Lovely, and made the neighbor house disappear and our backyard was a private oasis. You cannot kill a wax myrtle in my opinion. I prune the heck out of them when I am frustrated with other things (my husband just shakes his head when I'm hacking away) and they bounce back prettier than ever and get taller. Mine were up to the second floor of my house easily in about 2-3 years.
I love my willow tree, It was the best choice for my yard.. right now my neighbors have sticks for trees and there's my willow tree fully leaved blowing in the wind.. just beautiful..

The first ash tree that I received didnt make it. I called your store and you sent me a replacement tree properly packaged and no broken branches. We planted the tree in our backyard ,Northeast, and this year there were leaves and it had already grown a few inches and had new buds. I ordered a 2-3 ft Okame Cherry tree a year ago, and I would say it is almost 5 ft now. It has many green leaves now during fall/winter. And also, when I first planted the small 2 1/2 ft plant, in about 3 months it was spring and it blossomed! It grew small pink flowers. Cant wait until next spring to see how many more blossoms it will have. Im sure each year there will be more and more! Thank you very much, I could not find that kind of tree at any of the nurseries where I live in... these make great Texas trees.

We received our crape myrtle about a month ago ,June,. The packaging was great. My plant has grown quite a lot since I planted it and already has numerous blooms on it.
I purchased 5 of these red crepe myrtles to line my driveway. I was skeptical about their performance in my area, not too many people grow Dynamites here. I am overwhelmed by the number of people who ask me about them.... they are gorgeous. They have grown nearly 3 feet this year and are full of beautiful red blooms. I am ready to purchase a few more ,different color maybe, for other areas of my yard. Thanks!
The muskogee crape myrtles arrived in great condition and survived drought conditions and sandy soil here in eastern North Carolina. There were even a few blooms the first year. I would buy more if I had another spot to put them.
We used the trees for screening and for artful enhancement to our 4 acre home site. That seem to be doing fine although not growing as fast as we had hopes. All in all they are very well adapted to our soil and climate and have survived well when other tree species have not. I would buy them again and probably will again in the spring.
i planted my Leyland Cypress the day after I received them. They look great. A little young, but waiting to see how much they grow this year. Hoping for 2-3 feet. Thank you.
The Leyland Cypress is a great & hardy tree. I planted them in early spring and the trees did great. Growing about a foot the first year and filled out alot. Most trees dont grow much in their first year but the Leyland Cypresses took right off. I cant wait to see what theyll do this year. I am going to buy more to give me a fast fence row.
I received my empress tree last year in late summer, it didnt grow very well- only about 2 feet until it lost its leaves and was a stick in the fall. So this spring came and I cut it down like everyone said they did to about 2 inches, this was the end of March. Well now it is July and it is almost taller than me, it is about 5 feet 3 inches tall. I measure it about once a week and I will tell you it grows about 4-5 inches a week! I am so happy that I cut it back! Its awesome! The leaves on it are literally 5 times the size of my hand! I even took some pictures. My husband cant believe how big they are and how fast this tree grows. Pretty soon we will have privacy from the neighbors out back!! I cant wait until it flowers. Bought my tree in february, and it is now June and over 5 ft 8 in tall!
I have read the reviews posted on this page I have one thing to say... there is no way these trees grow just a little bit. I planted my tree in first of may and it is 10 feet tall it has had fertilize once a month. When I water this tree it grows over night.
I love my Eucalyptus tree, the aroma is increbible. It has gotten so big since we planted it. In the summer I even rub some of it on my dog to keep the bugs away.
I bought 3 trees, they are all doing quite well. Im actually considering adding a couple more in spring. These Eucalyptus trees branch a lot and need a stake to stay the slightest bit straight. It would be a large bush otherwise. If you have any other interesting trees, even oter Eucalyptus species, that would grow in my area then I would be interested. I like to grow unusual things.
We planted 12 Skyrocket Junipers to screen out our neighbors house. They are planted on a slope in an area that gets blasted will sun all day long and gets little water. These trees have survived and thrived through two Minnesota winters and one very dry summer. In two years these trees have tripled in size. We are going to plant more of these on the back of our property!
My crimson king maple came very professionally packed. I was able to get it in the ground within 24 hours. Ordering in March, the tree already had buds on it. After a little root stimulator, and regular watering, this tree has bloomed out wonderfully. The color is absolutely amazing. Crimson to deep purple!! Wow. This is exactly why I bought this tree. We originally ordered it last Fall but due to a minor setback with the trees we couldnt receive it until the Spring ,which ended up being fine,. It was packaged well and looked healthy upon arriving. We planted our tree a few days later and it started to grow additional branches quickly. It is now thriving and the leaves turned a magnificent orange-red this Fall. I am excited to watch our tree grow each year and would purchase a tree again from Fast Growing Trees Nursery.

I planted a small mimosa tree at my dads house in Virginia. It was about 12 inches tall after planting. Within three years it had soared to about 10-12 feet tall and it bloomed just a few that year. But the next year it was covered in blooms and could be smelled by anyone within a block. My parents sold the house and the current owner had it cut down... Tells you how much he knew about trees.
We planted the Mimosa tree in our large back yard for beauty. It has really grown ,about 5 feet, this first year. We are very happy with it.
We planted four hybrid poplars in 2006 that were about 4 ft tall. Now, all the trees are all around 25 feet tall! I swear you can see new growth every morning when you get up. Great trees, and fun to watch grow.
My Tulip Popars leaves were a little dried out, but the trunk and little branches look healthy. The leaves soon perked up when it went into a big pot with good dirt. I think it spent seven-eight days in the box. Youve made over-and-above effort for customer service and I will be ordering again when our temperature drops to a safer level. We are using our thuja trees as a friendly fence. We bought 12 small evergreen trees which have doubled in size since we purchased them a year ago. We did have 2 die which were replaced very quickly and without a hassle.
Truly fast growing! I had ordered 15 Thujas and all but three survived the transplant process. I have nine lining the back of my property and three as a buffer on the side of my house. All of them are growing beautifully!! Especially the three on the side as they are getting the most sunlight. They are nearly seven feet tall after two seasons! These are a great buy for anyone looking for a natural barrier from neighbors or the elements! =D
Received our order of 12 within a few days of ordering and the packaging was great. Plants look really healthy. We ordered the 1-2 ft. size and just finished planting them on the upper part of our berm that takes in six backyards. If it hadnt been for all the rain weve had this past month, I would have waited until fall to order.
I live in the high desert with temp 100+ in the summer. I water the heck out of my Thujas and the one in the low spot with the most water is by far the biggest. I planted 29 in a row, approx 4ft apart and 12 inches from a 6ft privacy fence. All 29 are 5-6ft tall now and are beginning to touch each other. I use fertilizer stakes evenly between each tree and theyre doing great. Great trees!!
I planted 12 thuja giants for a border between my property and the neighbors. They have at least doubled in size in the last year. I am anxiously awaiting their continued growth. I wish they were able to be purchased at a bigger size, so I could see them grow quicker. Id recommend that people purchase them. Id love to outline the rest of my property in them. I would estimate they have grown about 2 1/2 feet since last June. I really need privacy! I water them at least once a week, and fertilize once a month. Now we are going into winter.
These are the happiest and healthiest trees I have ever ordered on line with any company. They come out of the box and look healthy. Once planted they just seem to be so happy that I keep buying more of them!
The blueberry bushes are doing great. We didnt have a great amount this year, but they were certainly good. I love the way the color changes them in the fall. My husband is very pleased with his fathers day gift.

I purchased my arapaho red crape myrtle last fall and it seems to be doing well.
I ordered a red Crape Myrtle. I didnt think it was going to make it but after researching them I found that they get new growth well into the summer. So if yours isnt doing so hot, give it a chance...it will surprise you come mid-summer.
Takes a lickin..keeps on growin. We live in northeast Mississippi and I planted three Arapaho Crepe Myrtles in the Spring of 08. I had to transplant one because of unexpected yard work; then my dear mother, 92 years old, mistook them as "weeds" and broke two off at the ground! I was sick. About a month later, here they came again, stronger than ever. I dont suggest doing this to ANY plant; but so thankful mine survived. There were blooms on all three this first year, and they are about 4 feet tall. Hopefully, we wont have more trauma to them in 2009 and they can have a normal growing season. The blooms were RED; just what I wanted; not fuchsia or "orangey." I am so excited to have them.
After visiting NC and seeing all the crepe myrtles, I fell in love with them. I now have 4 of them and cant wait to see them bloom next year.
I purchased these trees as a house warming gift for my friend Rob. He was able to take advantage of the warm late Fall weather and got all 5 trees in the ground in time. They look great.
We use our evergreens for privacy between our home and the neighbors. These leylands are very strong, they have grown two feet in very hard and dry soil. We have not encountered anything that isnt great about our evergreens. I love our California trees!
I purchased approximately 3 dozen leyland cypress trees over a year ago and have been pleased. They are serving as a fine wall barrier and border in my backyard. I have noticed an increase in size already which was one of the reasons for this species selection.
I purchased five of these Junipers from Fast Growing Trees in August of 2008. They are a living fence in the front yard between the neighbors house and mine. I planted the little 1 gal. plants and they were around 18 to 24" tall. It is now a year later and they have doubled in size both in height and width. They also withstand the hot Nevada sun and winds year-round. I am sold on them and plan to order more for another narrow space.
The Autumn Blaze tree I bought last fall was received in good condition. I planted it according to directions and it survived the Maine winter. This spring it came alive and started to produce new branches. At this time it appears to have a successful planting.

We bought this product to plant in memory of our son that passed away last November. We were very excited about the tree since we had shopped around and found that this tree was described as a fast growing tree. The tree had beautiful leaves this year though. For the beauty of tree though it was worth it. I cant wait to see it get bigger and have a big beautiful tree in the fall.
I planted these palm trees on the beach next to my pond, I live in Michigan so I am hoping they will do alright in our cold climate. They give my beach a tropical look, they arrived in very good condition, and were quite tall already. I am very pleased, I will be ordering more later.
Great first year! Our Peach Tree is over 8 feet tall now, and we got about a dozen peaches the first spring, when the tree was still under 6 feet tall.
Thanks for your great service. Our tree arrived and was a very nice specimen. We were able to get it into the ground about two weeks before a hard frost. By spring, it was waist high and by fall it is at least shoulder high! Before we know it we will be sitting under its shade.

All in all, I was happy with the plants I received. My thujas were healthy and for a beginning gardener, the planting instructions were easy to understand. I have had them in for 3 full years now and they range in height from 3 - 5 feet, not quite as fast growing as I had hoped.

I have planted 27 of these over two years at two different times. They are all alive and doing well. The ones the catch most of the sun have outgrown the ones I planted the year prior by over a foot. Dont water them too much and watch them grow. I would order them in the early season so you get the most mature you can get for your money. I do believe these are more mature and thus will grow faster.
I am pleased with the trees, they arrive looking very strong and have taken off when planted. I will be purchasing from your company again.
After an extensive addition/remodel we planted a row of Thuja Green Giant evergreens that replaced a century-old oak tree that had to be removed. Over night we lost our privacy, but the Thuja Giants are now a year old, have already grown about 3 - 4 feet in height and thickened up. In a few short years well have our privacy back without the foundation damaging roots from the prior oak tree. They are healthy and growing like weeds!
These trees are great - very easy to take care of - watered once a week - I live were a lot of sagebrush grows and heavy soil - I cant say enough great things about these trees.
I purchased 12 of the smallest sized Thuja Giant trees to plant as a privacy buffer. I was worried whether they would truly be deer resistant due to the problem we have with deer eating other plants & bushes which were on the deer risistant lists. Fortunately, my Thujas have not been eaten by the deer! They are GREAT with 4 foot growth in less than 1-1/2 years. Im hoping the second year of growth will yield even better results.
I bought the Thuja Green Giants to create a barrier along my property line. They are fast growing and stay green all year long. Most important, they are deer resistant!!! I have lots of deer and I certainly didnt want them eating away at them like they do on regular evergreen trees.
I really like the trees. We planted a year ago, but the real growth started about 3-4 months ago.
The trees are in a row at the end of our side yard. They get full sun. They are growing well, and we think they are becoming well established. We feel confident that by this time next year, we will see a substantial growth rate.
I purchased 8-10 of these and planted them about 5 ft apart. They grew very slowly and within the last few months they seem to have accelerated growth. The tips ,center shaft, have grown longer without many branches resulting in a skinny center shaft.
I have planted about 60 of these trees and we love them.
I have to admit that I've bought from a number of nurseries (including Home Depot). Thing is that every blueberry plant I bought from Fast Growing Tress nursery (4 plants) has already produced large (not ripened yet) blueberries for 2011, while all the other blueberries from other nurseries have none (6 plants). So, yes, they are a tad more price wise, but you get what you paid for. I just ordered 3 more... Had someone given me the advice to just buy from here and save yourself the headache of waiting another season for fruit, I would have paid for it. One trip to Costco to buy blueberries ($8.99) tells me that waiting is not worth it to save on a deal! One hint for those new to blueberries... if you want them to thrive and are an avid coffee drinker like me, blueberry plants love ground coffee beens. They increase the acidity in the soil, which blueberries love. So, drink the coffee and save the ground up beens for the plants. They will love you for it and so will your kids for the extra blueberries...
I purchased the Red Glory for my birthday. I love colorful trees. I ordered in the fall and did not see much growth. My husband said wait until spring, when the sap start to run, and you will see it spring forward. I thought,
The tree came quickly, looked good, and is growing well with lots of fruit. The problem is the fruit is all green. Even though it's getting huge and softer it's not turning yellow.
I just got the meyer lemon about 1 month ago it has not grown or came with any lemons. The Tree is very healthy and is growing lots of leaves :)

Grew nearly 3 ft over 1st year with incredible color. Good quality of new growth as well. Leaves drop early which is a plus for leaf collection in our area. Developed some small mammal damage at base of trunk...will have to keep my eye on it. Nice tree purchase... I would get the autumn purple ash again.
The purple ash is doing just great.. I am very pleased.
