A simple test to determine whether your tree is dead or alive is to scrape away a little piece of the bark on the trunk of your plant, a few inches above ground level. You can use your fingernail, a coin, or a small knife. If the area below the bark is brown or black, your plant is dead. If the area below the bark is green, white or moist, your plant is still alive.
Fast Growing Trees Nursery offers a full one-year warranty. If your plant dies within 90 days of delivery, we offer a 75% store-issued credit that can be redeemed on any future purchase. If your tree dies after 90 days, but before one year, we offer a 50% store-issued credit that can be redeemed on any future purchase. Store credits do not cover the cost of shipping.
We do not require that you return your plants... as most nurseries do. All we ask is that you include pictures of your tree and the area where you performed the scratch test, along with the application.
