Typically it takes 2 weeks for your order to go out via FedEx. We try to ship at the early part of the week to ensure your plants don't sit on a truck over the weekend.

The day your package is sent, you will receive a Tracking Update email from FedEx that will display as follows:
From: TrackingUpdate
Subject: FedEx Shipping Notification.

This email includes your tracking number and will tell you exactly where you package is at.
Please be aware, that some junk mail filters will place this email in your spam/junk mail folder.

Some small orders are shipped out via U.S. Postal Service, while the majority of our orders are shipped out of our Charlotte, NC nursery via FedEx. East Coast orders generally arrive in 1-2 days, while West Coast orders can take as long as 5 days.

If you have not received FedEx's Tracking Update and your order is more than 2 weeks old, please send us an email to trackmypackage@fast-growing-trees.com and we will research the delay for you. Please include your name, email address, order date & order number.
