Typically it takes 2 weeks for your order to go out via FedEx, then your order spends 2-5 days in transit. So you will generally receive your order within 2-3 weeks.

The day your package is sent, you will receive a Tracking Update email from FedEx that will display as follows:
From: TrackingUpdate
Subject: FedEx Shipping Notification.

This email includes your tracking number and will tell you exactly where your package is at.
Please be aware, that some junk mail filters will place this email in your spam/junk mail folder.

Some small orders are shipped out via U.S. Postal Service, while the majority of our orders are shipped out of our Charlotte, NC nursery via FedEx. East Coast orders generally arrive in 1-2 days, while West Coast orders can take as long as 5 days.

If you have not received FedEx's Tracking Update and your order is more than 3 weeks old, please click here to send us an email and we will research the delay for you. Please include your name, email address, order date & order number.
