The birch I always wanted
This tree was a multi-trunk tree, a very healthy specimen that was packed very carefully in the box. I waited until after it rained to plant so this tree would have the best opportunity to survive. I can't wait to see this birch with all its new leaves in the spring.
Nice tree
As others have said, well packaged healthy tree. Even though the tree was expensive for its size, it was light enough for me to easily manage and plant.
Phenomenal
First off this company is amazing and has always helped me with any issues encountered - great customer service always. This 6-7ft river birch is exceeding my expectations. The first photo is from May 2023, one year after planting. And the second is from September 2023. Tremendous growth in just half a year. The trunks have doubled in thickness and it has added multiple feet to the height. I am beyond happy with it since I wanted something that grew quickly and provided nice fall color. The only issue I am encountering is sawflies eating away at the leaves, but that is a common birch pest in this area. Will be purchasing and planting at least 2 more soon!
