We bought our Tuscarora crape myrtle to provide privacy from our neighbors new deck. It has grown at least 3 feet. We are keeping it trimmed down at the bottom. I can't wait to get it high enough to block that deck. We know it will! We have fast growing bushes & trees in several places on our property.

At first I thought I lost the Tuscarora crape myrtles over the winter. So I ordered more to replace them. I was really surprised when I went to dig them out. I removed the mulch around the plant and found fresh little starts. I left them and they really grew big and bloomed all summer. They did better than the new ones I just got. I figured it was the rooting over the winter that did it. Thanks love them.
