Reviewed by Martin on 4/19/2009: The tree grew at first then went dormant for winter. Thought it was dead. Then in March or soon after it started growing green stems and in July or August it actually bloomed a little. It is about four foot wide and five ft tall. You were right about it growing fast and easy. Also, doesn't use much water that's great. It looks very healthy and green right now. Looking forward to next year. Will need to prune off the bottom branches soon to encurage growth upward and a neatness look. A little bushy now. Thanks, very happy with it.

Reviewed by Michelle on 11/14/2008: I planted my Natchez in the backyard and it has grown about a foot or more already. It's blooming time here is shorter because it doesn't get really hot until August, but it is beautiful when it comes out.

Reviewed by Dru in Brewster, NY on 11/13/2008: So far, so good. A little slow growing (perhaps that is the Crape Myrtle iself?) but very healthy, and when I was concerned about this and my Royal Empress trees Fast Growing Trees was quick to let me know they would make good on the purchase. So far, so good.

Reviewed by Chris in Seattle, Washington on 11/13/2008: The picture looks great. The plant comes not pruned and without hints as to how to make the plant look like the picture. I've had the plant in the ground for a year now. It hasn't grown very tall. It may be because we are in Seattle. Soil conditions are fine, but it doesn't get roasting hot here. This is an OK plant so far. I hope it becomes a beautiful tree in the future. Time will tell.
