The mimosa tree we received spent 8 months in a tempory pot and was then planted outside. We live in New York state so we have very cold winters and spring doesn't always come early. As soon as we planted it outside the deer munched on it. The tree immediately started leafing and took off growing. I am very please with the hardiness of this tree. Looking forward to this growing season.

Driving through Marlboro, MA. ( ZONE 6 ) My wife spotted a mature Mimosa tree in full bloom. I was amazed as I hadn't seen one in years. My parents home in Redding, CA. is surrounded by Mimosa's and hummingbirds. I am now growing one of these trees. I love how the leaves go to sleep at night. I am wintering it inside and intend to plant it outside in a couple of years.

The mimosa tree was my grandmother's favorite tree growing up and I bought it in her memory for my new house. I can see why it was her favorite. Even as a young tree, your eyes are drawn to it...it's playful and different from most in the neighborhood. Thank you for sending such a healthy and beautiful tree that is sure to bring me and my family much joy.

We planted the Mimosa tree in our large back yard for beauty. It has really grown (about 5 feet) this first year. We are very happy with it.

I loved both of the Mimosa trees I got from you, but I moved to Montana last fall. Sad to lose two very nice trees.
