Why McIntosh Apple Trees?

Our McIntosh Apple Tree is famous for its fresh fruit, which boasts a light, tangy flavor and distinctive red skin. Plus, since this tree produces heavily and ripens early in the season, you’ll get fruit yearly and sooner than other varieites.

Enjoy your McIntosh Apples fresh or use them for baking and cooking in pies and sauces, or even apple cider. Not only will you get your fruit quickly, but you can also grow it organically. You won’t have to worry about spraying your trees with chemicals and pesticides. Just plant your tree and pick your fruit right off the branches!

Plus, because our McIntosh doesn’t have serious issues with pests or diseases, and boasts hardy strength, it’s easy to grow. You get healthful, strong growth from your McIntosh…with or without a green thumb.

Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better

Our McIntosh Apple Trees are more mature trees that have been trained to produce a branching structure. This requires an extra year of work for us, but the results you experienced will be dramatic.

    Delicious Apple Tree

I planted this tree last year and was surprised that we got apples this year. We mainly bought this tree to ensure our honey crisp apple tree was pollinated successfully, and boy was it. We got big beautiful apples. I’m very satisfied and so excited that we got fruit in just one year.

    Bought 2, 5' trees May 2022

Didn't really expect any blossoms this year since the trees were young. Otherwise, I would have pulled them off to give the trees another year to establish. Anywho....., we have apples! They've never been sprayed with anything, and only fertilized a few times with a manure compost tea last year. Trees were planted in alpaca and chicken manure mixed with the soil dug out to make the hole. From May to end of August, we set some old Lowes buckets next to the trees with small holes drilled in the bottom to water the trees slowly throughout the day. Worked well and saved water. This year, we haven't done anything at all. Honestly, I'm surprised they lived due the rare -20+ wind chill which lasted days last December. If these trees weren't produced from healthy stock, there's no way they would have made it. Posting some pic to show how great they look one year after planting. We did pull some apples off to limit the weight on branches....will probably have to pull more. Couldn't be happier with my purchases from Fast Growing Trees. A++++++++++

    So far, so good

It's still alive, which amazes me. We have heavy clay soil and smelly well water. I've been careful to tend this tree daily, and it's still alive, with a couple more leaves than it arrived with. I hope it doesn't winter-kill. But, it's still growing. Only time will tell! I can't recommend, yet, since I don't know if it'll keep going, and eventually produce fruit. I'll let you know in a couple years.
