Reviewed by Skylar in Olathe, KS:

We got the Heritage River Birch Tree right when our house was finished and it was a nice contrast to everybody else's maple trees. (They are all in the back now) It was about my height and had a gray bark and not many leaves. Eventually, all the bark started to peel and turn orange like the description said, and the leaves really started to fill in. We had an ice storm this spring and it was covered in about a half inch of ice and little icicles covered the branches. Then we had about 7" of snow and the birch tree looked very nice outside. It also has a great golden fall color and is on of the first trees to change. Its also really big now, almost taller than our house! It looks exactly the same as the picture shown.
