90 Day Guarantee: For a free, one time replacement for the following season, simply fill-in the Replacement Authorization Application along with a copy of your packing slip, and send it to us. Please be patient as our customer service department reviews and responds to your application. All approvals will receive a replacement authorization number which must be written on the outside of the returned box to be accepted, along with 25% (15% for shipping and 10% for packing) of the plant cost of the dead trees for return delivery shipping (Minimum $10). The packing slip is attached to every box and should be kept for your records and to verify your receipt upon arrival. Guarantee is void on wholesale orders; if plants are no longer carried on our website; if plants are returned with green bark; if there are live sprouts or roots; or if trees are grown in zones not recommended for that plant. See (Growing Zone Map) (Terms of Service) (FAQ). Replacement items are normally sent bare root in the early spring and mid fall. If that item is out of stock, we will gladly offer a substitute item. Trees are guaranteed to grow once established in their environment. Any destruction of plants pursuant to weather, livestock, drought, insecticides or herbicides, fires, floods, etc., are not covered by this guarantee.

Shipping Guarantee: Your order is carefully handled and shipped to ensure that you receive a healthy product. In the rare event that you receive a package from our carriers that is obviously damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Introduction: Fast Growing Trees Nursery carries advanced tree varieties. We generally look for improved stock that not only grows quickly, but is hardier, better formed, more colorful or has longer lasting blooms. Our goal is to provide you with a low maintenance tree that will give you greater enjoyment.

Growth Rate: Growth rates published on this site are estimates taken from reputable horticultural sources. We cannot guarantee your growth rate since it will depend entirely on care and conditions beyond our control. You’ve probably seen in your own yard or neighborhood, how plants of the same variety and age, can grow at dramatically different rates. An infinite number of variables can affect their health… water, soil, competing vegetation, animals, weather extremes, etc. However, we do provide easy to follow planting directions, including tips for faster growth.

Refund: Cancellations: All orders are final. We do not offer refunds. We do not refund customers shipping costs to return plants to the nursery. In no circumstance will our liability be greater than the cost paid for customer’s order. By accepting nursery stock, customer accepts seller’s terms and conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement.

Returns for Replacements: Nursery products cannot be returned without the permission of Fast Growing Trees Nursery. Before returning dead plants for replacement, the following season, you must fill in the Return Authorization Application and send it to us so we can review it. We will then contact you with a Return Authorization Number that must appear on the box containing returned trees. You will also need to include a copy of the packing slip and 25% of the plant cost for shipping (15% for shipping + 10% for packaging) (Minimum $10).

Pruning: Trees are pruned free of charge, prior to shipping. Shipping Manager prunes as he sees necessary to facilitate most efficient delivery and health of the plant.
