The Perfect Indoor Mini Tree

Fukien Tea Bonsais are evergreens so they display their shiny dark green leaves all year. As an added bonus these exotic trees flaunt tiny white flowers throughout the year. The white flowers pop against the dark leaves, creating an eye catching show.

These bonsais arrive in a decorative pot, color may vary. They also arrive with a humidity tray and deco rocks included, so you can instantly show off your tree. Fill the tray with the rocks and water, then put your potted tree on top. With its compact size the Fukien Tea can fit anywhere in the home or office.

Place it near a window or on the kitchen table and enjoy the exotic Zen and elegance that Fukien Tea Trees provide. The leafy display will help increase creativity, decrease stress, and clean the air by filtering out pollutants.

Our Fukien Tea Bonsais are six years old, so they have already been trained to stay small and matured. Due to this process of time and care put into each bonsai you will get a low maintenance tree with absolutely no fuss.

These trees have been trained so that their trunks have a unique 'S' shape giving each bonsai an exotic appeal. The curving grey trunk adds even more color for the dark leaves to pop against. Your family and guests will be in awe when their eyes fall on your decorative Dwarf Fukien Bonsai tree.

Bring the practice of bonsai into your home with a beautiful Fukien Tea Bonsai. This elegant tree has been a popular choice for bonsais for thousands of years and it's still shocking people with its stunning appearance.

This little tree makes for an excellent gift. While other gifts become boring and forgotten the Fukien Tea Bonsai lives on for generations reminding your family and friends how much you care about them.

The demand for this popular bonsai is high, we recommend ordering yours today before they are gone.

Planting & Care

It's Easy to Plant & Care for Your Fukien Tea Bonsai

Step 1: Dig Your Hole

Select a site with full to partial sun and moist or well drained soil for your Fukien Tea Bonsai .

First, dig each hole so that it is just shallower than the root ball and at least twice the width.

Then loosen the soil in the planting hole so the roots can easily break through.

Use your shovel or try dragging the points of a pitch fork along the sides and bottom of the hole.

Planting & Care

Step 2: Place Your Plant

Next, separate the roots of your Fukien Tea Bonsai gently with your fingers and position them downward in the hole.

The top of the root flare, where the roots end and the trunk begins, should be about an inch above the surrounding soil.

Then make sure the plant is exactly vertical in the hole.

To make it just right, use a level.

Step 3: Backfill Your Hole

As you backfill the hole, apply water to remove air pockets.

Remove debris like stones and grass and completely break up any dirt clumps.

Water your Fukien Tea Bonsai again after the transplant is complete.

I have been about 20 different varieties of bonsai at home and love them all, but wanted a low maintenance gift for my mother. With these, after the blooms have dried up i simply and very gently pull them off to make room for more, theres also very little trimming involved with this tree.

If placed in a larger pot or outdoors will it grow bigger/faster? I was interested in growing to a height of 20-24 inches. How long will that take?
Steve on Nov 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, transplanting to a larger pot will increase growth rate and size. Regarding how long it will take is hard to say since we are dealing with mother nature.
